ppl need to be taught to seek solutions from God, within themselves and their peers/family instead of going out in the streets sayingto the government we need funding for this, help w/that, in other words, to stop acting like the victim--even when you are because the reality is most ppl are victims of something.

Come out to Garden City, KS. Our dropout rates among latinos, crime/gangs/drugs, etc. are near the top of the United States. Our literacy rate has us on probation with the state several years in a row. The pregnancy rate is so high that last year it was a running joke on Leno's show last spring.
