@xnailthecasket well if its baby Sh!t why dont you go and do a Galloping Quadropedal 40yard dash doing a bear crawl and then a crab walk as fast as you can go for 5 sets bet you could make it through the first 40 yards in fact you should put it on youtube just to show everyone how easy it is. good luck!

@vbtutorials12 i weigh more, but yes.... whenever i practice punching/boxing I can feel my lungs expelling/inhaling by themselves depending on what move i do.

I found sumthing rly weird. Whenever i QM and just relax my lungs, I can feel them going in and out as i go up and down. Anyone else get that?

Finally a workout that looks FUN.
And it's a good excuse for me not cleaning up my home, lol... 'It's for an obstacle-course, so don't mind the mess".
Definately gonna look up some techniques and start my lard-ass on this.
