On behalf of Boards of Directors of the American Soybean Association (ASA) and the National Oilseed Processors Association, ASA President Alan Kemper welcomed several hundred guests, including special guests Han Duk-soo, Ambassador of South Korea; Mario E. Jaramillo, Ambassador of Panama; and Nicolás Lloreda, Deputy Chief of Mission from the Embassy of Colombia, to this year's Soy Industry Trade Reception.

ASA and many others have worked for many years toward passage of these trade agreements, which combined represent nearly $3 billion of additional agriculture exports, including U.S. soy and soy-fed meat and poultry, to these trading partners.
