i dont know if im using it wrong or what, but i use 80 pounds and ive been excersising for 6 years and do the excersise exactly like she does with back straight, but this machine just destroys my back. whoever invented it is a complete retard.
@Magyar126 You need to strengthen the lower back. Do deadlifts, good mornings that will have good results.
