@MeijerArjan it doesnt matter how you train if you weigh as much as him you should be able to hit hard, lesnar used to weigh close to 300 but he didn't actually hit that hard, if your 300 lbs you don't need big arms to punch hard, i don't blame sapp for not wanting to be that conditioned though when you've put all that work into bodybuilding

@MeijerArjan no he doesn't hit that hard, sapps main advantage in a fight should be taking someone down and getting on top, its the best way to use his weight/strength. bodybuilders don't punch hard but they can take you down easy, most people would drain all there energy trying to get sapp off of them lol
