Only problem I see is that Cessna 172N's are not approved for intentional spins. There should be a placard on the forward instrument panel that states that. Otherwise the aircraft is not properly placarded in accordance with the Type Certificate and is technically unairworthy. How do I know this? I own a 1978 Cessna 172N and recently refurbished it. One of the things I had to do in order to assure my Airworthiness Certificate for the plane was good was to have the placards installed.
