At this point they have enough money to satisfy both sides, but they completely turned their backs on their performance car fans. The last "performance" car they had was the MRS which was crap, a 135hp 30k dollar roadster, what a rip-off. The could build a car similar to the S2000 and satisy performance and economy purists at the same time.

Toyota is not boring .. They are going to topple GM by the end of this year. They know what is in demand they cater to that market.. while being responsible to the environment. I do however think that they should have some more sports cars in their North American Showrooms.

Well they are releasing the new Lexus LF-A which I am hearing will be a 5L V10 pushing out 500+HP, but I am also hearing that it will be well north of 100K Dollars. Toyota makes no sports cars for the people anymore, just rich people. that's okay we still have Nissan. I am hearing the new NSSX will be over 150K too.
