Congress will offer a torrent of alternative suggestions for the classroom and extracurricular activities, by means of a simple and realistic dialogue with the participants who attend the event. The Congress will met teachers of United States, Cuba, Argentina, Spain, Colombia, Venezuela and another many countries. We have passed long time dreaming about an education of quality for ours talented students. It ishour to make this dream reality through this III Congress of Creativity and Talent: Educating for the Future (2009), whose main topic is the Education of Students with exceptionel talent in Latin America. SEPyC and CEICREA invitegenerally to the national and international community of teachers to share: Experiences and investigations in relation to the problematic of childs and teenagers with excellent aptitudes in Latin America. € The legal frame for special education in Latin America. € Theoretical and practical perspectives teaching talented students. € Process of attention to students with special educative needs. € The attention to the diversity of students in the classroom. € Enrichment of the scholastic and classroom enviroment Extracurricular activities, workships, family, community activities. The rol of the family of students gifted with talented skills. GENERAL MISSION To generate a space of encounter for all the teachers and people interested in the student with excellent aptitudes, the creativity and the development of talents. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES € To promote the practice and the teory for the evaluation and intervention with creative students and students. To create bridges of social commitment and and feelings of social justice in talented students. Suppot civil associations in the country and Latin America that guarantee atmospheres enriched for the development of the capacities and talents childs, teenager and young people. METHODOLOGY.
