THAT NIGHT, MAGI, NEMA, AND JESSIE ARE AT AIRYS HOUSE FOR A SLUMBER PARTY
Airy: *sitting on her bed, cross-legged, holding a pillow to her chest, crying into a container of Ben and Jerrys* I-I just dont understand where things went wr-ong! I thought we were per-perfect together! *sobs harder*

Nema: Airy. *goes to lay her head on Airys shoulder* All of us get heartbroken at SOME point in time. But you know what the BEST way to get over it is?

Airy: *sniffles* What?

Nema: *reaches over, grabs Airys guitar, and hands it to her* Music.

Airy: *takes her guitar and lays it on her lap* Have you ever been heartbroken?

Nema: Of course! Before we moved here and I met Will, I thought I had met this WONDERFUL guy, Tyler Massey. Oh my GOODNESS he was a heartthrob! We became boyfriend and girlfriend, but I always thought he still had a thing for his ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Ferguson. Well, one day, we were at the beach with some of our other friends, when I went to go get sodas for the two of us. Well, when I came back, he was all over Tiffany. I went over, pull them apart, open up his trunks, and poured his Dr. Pepper all down him. But after my anger simmered down, I realized there was something else. And that, my friends, was pain.

Magi: Its true. She was on the couch for six and a half days, crying, eating ice cream, and watching the Young and Restless and One Life to Live and the Guiding Light over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

Airy: Huh.

THE NEXT DAY
Airy: *sends a text to Magi, Nema, and Jessie* HEY I WROTE A SONG. COME OVER HERE I WANT YOU TO HEAR IT. XOXO, AIRY.

THEY COME OVER
Airy: Ok, so are you guys ready?

Nema, Magi, and Jessie: Yes!

Airy: *begins to play* When words fill me, I cant tell you how I feel about you, how hurt I am without you. And thats the way it must be. My hearts pounding, my bodys shaking. Theres no one around me, and Im aching. Oh, and I will never ever know your love. (Chorus) You are gone, and I know I wont be seeing you again. You are off with your lover, and Im left being your friend. But somehow I know I wont be seeing you again. Nema: *splutters aloud* That was amazing! Arielle youre a tremendous singer! Why havent you told anyone?

Airy: Because I never thought I was good. I wrote some more music. Do you want to hear it?

Nema, Magi, and Jessie: DUUHH!!!

Airy: Ok. This one is called Hate You, but dont be misled, this is a song I wrote in the honeymoon phase with Marcus. *gets up, places her acoustic against the wall, and picks up her electric and plugs it in* *begins to play* Everyone says Im too strong. Like a lock thats missin its key. You can look but you wont find, what it takes to get into me. Everytime you get too close, everything about me gets weak. Can never let him know. Cmon! I tell myself youre not gonna shake me. I tell myself youre too weak to tame me. I tell myself its no use its too late. (Chorus) Im fallin in love, for that I hate you. Nema: I am speechless. Youre amazing, Airy.

Jessie and Magi: Yeah, totally I agree.

Nema: Well, Air, youre totally ah-mazing, but Magi and I have to go.

Magi: Yeah. Bye, Jess. Bye, Airy!

Jessie and Airy: Byes!!

Jessie: Yeah, I gotta go too. Baby-sitting. But keep writing those songs and well come back and hear them.

Airy: Later, Jess.

AFTER NEMA, JESSIE, AND MAGI ARE LONG GONE
???: Those were pretty good songs, Arielle.

Airy: Who-where are you?

???: Dont fight it, Arielle. You know me. You know you do.

Airy: *screams in fear but then remembers her parents are out for dinner* Get away from me!!! And its Airy!!!!!!

???: Shh, Arielle. Youll alarm the neighbors.

Airy: *screams again* Get away!!!!!

???: Stop screaming, Arielle. Itll harm those vocal cords of yours.

Airy: I SAID GET AWAY FROM ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

???: My apologies, Arielle, but getting away from the victim isnt something you normally do when you kidnap someone.

Airy: *screams at the top of her lungs* *feels a sack being put over her head, then a handkerchief being put to her nose. Then shes out*
