This is the traditional hymn most churches sing known as The Doxology. I wrote this out for me and my cousin to play along with at church. Me on trumpet and him on alto saxophone. It starts with a guitar, then has a powerful section to get everyone's attention. Then, it goes into a rock section and end with a rockin ending!
When we first played it for my church, everyone absolutely loved it! They wanted us to do it again and again. Well, my cousin is still in high school and he lives somewhat far from me (still in the same state), so I put the sax part onto the CD and played along with it by myself for the rest of the times I played it for church. You can read more info in the video. This is basically just music. My "comentary" is in the video. :)
And sorry, but the sound quality is kinda bad too. The video file is a small one. :)

Thanks for the comment! I checked it out! If that's your dad playing the guitar, he did a good job!!! That's a cool new way to hear an old hymn. :P
This video of my Doxology is more of a classical type song, but I like to write all sorts of music... like this one I'm getting ready to upload called RR2, or Rocket Racer 2. BIG difference from this song. If you can, find it and listen to it... if not, that ok!
Your Dox Rox. :P

Ben, nice version. I like the dynamics and sounds blended. I'm more of a rocker and have myself done an adaptation. Search for Rockin' Doxology here on youtube. It's the dox that rox...targetted at shredders like me. Hope you check it out...again, nice job
