In 1996, President Bill Clinton signed bipartisan legislation that reformed welfare. Democrats from Carl Levin to John Kerry, and even Joe Biden supported the bipartisan reforms. President Obama, on the other hand, has been a consistent opponent of the law and recently dismantled the historic bill. When it comes to welfare reform, President Obama is out of step with the country, his party, and even his own Vice President.

They have? Where? Richard Nixon damn sure didn't release his, dido for Bill Clinton. I have never seen Ronald Reagan's or Jimmy Carter's college transcripts either. If you could provide a link or a source that would be great!

Again....Where is Mitt's grades? Where is Mitt's Birth Certificate? Where is Mitt's Tax Returns?

Turn around and say all this to red states, those with the highest welfare rates in the country.

If only Romney would've mentioned that welfare rates are actually highest in red states. But why would he do that?

i'm sorry but it seems like you got off topic a little bit. we were discussing welfare reform and the enormous rise in food stamps since he took office. But since you brought it up, it is your liberal media who pointed the blame on the economic recession on wall street. it was all of those US citizens buying houses they couldn't afford that tanked us.

Well look at it this way: Would you rather be living in a horrible house with hardly enough to eat, living off money sent to you by the government or would you rather be working, living in a nice house and having all the luxuries you need? Besides, almost everyone does want a job, there just isn't any to go around so we look after the weak.

Fuck Obama why do we need the government for so damn much, lets get back to being working and focus on success, so Mitt Romney is rich? Isn't that what we all work to be? I don't see whats wrong with how he handles his money? Hes smart, that's all. We need jobs not welfare. If your disabled and were released from work or can't work for a medical condition then apply for welfare, if your a lazy fuck then you don't deserve it. I'm 17, held a job for a year minimum wage. Romney/Ryan 2012! Believe!
