I started cutting my meat intake before I watched this documentary, however, after I watched this documentary I am now a vegetarian. My weakness is cheese and yogurt and is the only dairy I have now, but will eventually stop all dairy. I have been doing this for a month and I have lost 20 lbs and feel great! I actually enjoy going to the gym!! I have PCOS and have been regular on my monthly cycle since I started this. I'm 25 yrs old and will never look back at my old way of eating!!!

I made a decision to start a plant-based food diet after watching this documentary and some others....I've been on my plant-based food diet for a month....I FEEL SO GOOD, ENERGETIC, and HAPPY!. I have Angina Pectoris, and my symptoms have decreased by 80%! I am 30 years old, and I wished I started this lifestyle years ago. Take a chance, and you will see...

Hang on...lets rewind that bit in the movie where he is drinking "red-bulls"and full sugar coke and then goes right in for a check-up!,his resting heart rate was in the 90,s and all his other blood tests were high!,any surprise there folks...er...no.unless he took bloods on another day those tests and lipid profiles especially are not valid.

why is this film not available to view free online? Just shows the profit is more important than the message even among the most enlightened.

@satinspringsarabians How about your own human slaves to work for you and how about women barefoot in the kitchen to serve you also? Non-human animals are individuals with the right to live free and be happy, just like us, they do not exist to serve you. Plus, murder is wrong, period.

@HybridD91 Our bodies pool amino acids and create complete proteins. You do not need to eat a mix of beans and rice, for example, in one meal, as long as you eat more than one type of vegan protein w/in 72 hours you are fine. Free vegan starter pack at veganstarterpack dottt commm

@satinspringsarabians Beans/legumes aren't a complete protein source, soybeans being the exception. Vegeterians/Vegans would have to eat beans/legumes with some type of grain (usually rice) to get all of the essential amino acids. Quinoa, veg friendly food, is a good choice because it's a complete protein.
Besides promoting healthy food choices, how do we STOP MONSANTO Corporation from manufacturing genetically modified foods and spraying everything with chemicals?

Everybody here should also watch the free Youtube film, 'Earthlings'
It also supports a plant-based diet but for different reasons.
I would be thrilled if anyone actually read this and watched it. It is completely necessary and everyone at some point should have to watch it
