  • You really have to decide on your own - for me after multiple viewings with all different versions of commentary - do you realize the movie paints an image - as FALSE as it it! - about the BJM. Even the order of the happenings is incorrect according to the band members! She spent 7 YEARS on this film. 7!!! So she came out with a product she could SELL. Take from their big kids and educate yourself.

  • zia has lovely tits!

  • Great film! Great music!

  • @KillBill2021 "Boys Better"

  • what dandys song is that?

  • the question is...were you a dandys/bjm fan before or after the film. The dandys were my first favorite band, I bought "come down" in middle school and fell in love. I can't believe how successful and important this film has become...it's friggin awesome!

  • dig was a fantastic film. a great insight into the didactic of the music industry. you can either have your integrity and starve or you can be shaped into a pop tart and get your real meaning squashed down by marketing forces. though the dandies were a kind of pisstake of that idiom anyway. i feel sorry for anton. i hope he got the help he needs. he has to be partially schizophrenic. there are over 53 different kinds. either that or a manic depressive. a lot of great innovators are one or both

  • I love BJM! Anton = Genius!

  • Maybe he didn't react because he was disappointed in Courtney for writing a song about Anton's drug use.

  • Maybe he didn't react at all to the playback because the song is not only a cheesy, stupid, radio jingle - but because it was also the departure point from where the Dandys stopped being a rock 'n' roll band to pursue life as a bunch of touring pop-goons in crushed velvet top hats.
