Touched by an Angel--"Famous Last Words," Excerpt 4

In this scene from the Nov. 3, 2001 "Touched by an Angel" episode, "Famous Last Words," when the execution is just a few hours away, the mother of Daniel's murdered stepfather reveals that Daniel's stepfather was abused by his own father, and he, in turn, used to abuse Daniel as well. Monica then talks to the waitress, Daniel's mother, and finds out what used to happen when the abuse took place. Roma Downey and Valerie Bertinelli starred on the show, with Veronica Cartwright and Eve Brenner guest-starring on this episode.

I agree, but the clicking could not be helped. It was a hard task, aiming that camera at the TV set for such long stretches of time, and to hold it in 1 position at all times is an impossibility.

Manslaughter is not the case. Murder 2. He was not being physically threatened. He knew what he was doing. Unless they were considering that he was robbing the place. In most states; a murder committed in the process of another felony, would constitute the death penalty

You're right, it's manslaughter. 1st degree is premeditated, which it wasn't. He shouldn't have gotten the death penalty.

this would be better if not for the clicking that goes on in back ground when fiddling with the video camera.
