Entrenamiento Espalda, Hombros posteriores y Pantorrillas Dia 3/4
Solo se ha grabado la última serie de cada ejercicio, se recomienda hacer entre 3 y 4 series por ejercicio. En todos los casos utilizar un peso para alcanzar alrededor de 10 repeticiones.
Entrenamiento:
- Dominadas al frente c/agarre abierto x4
- Remo c/máquina x3
- Pullover c/polea x3
- Jalones al frente c/agarre cerrado x2
- Vuelos posteriores x3
- Encogimiento de hombros c/mancuernas x3
- Espinales x3
- Pantorrillas sentado x4
- Pantorrillas parado x3
