The heavy-duty truck war is heating up. Dodge recently introduced an all-new Ram Heavy Duty and Ford's new Super Duty is just on the horizon. Chevrolet used the wintry backdrop of the 2010 Chicago Auto Show to introduce its entrant into the ultra-capable pickup truck category, the new Silverado HD. In this video KBB's Jack Nerad interviews Carl Hillenbrand, the Product Manager for Chevrolet Silverado, to learn the ins and outs of Chevy's new heavy-duty truck.

@Piece0fshi7chevy FALSE, in late 1999 Chevrolet Started making the Duramax, and ford just recently purchased powerstroke from International. BTW if you havent noticed ford and toyotas interiors are IDENTICAL, so whats that tell you? Maybe the reason Ford didnt need a bailout is because TOYOTA helped them out by trading Ideas....??? Go look for yourself!

As much as I love Chevy trucks especially the Avalanche, I have to say that Ford trucks are extremely more creative with their interior design, Chevy has that same plain look. The Ford F 150 Hardley Davison tops them all, and the Dodge Ram sucks! it has a 1 star in crash test not cool.

Dodge has the best Diesel Engine, the Cummin. Also Dodge started making aerodinamic trucks in the 90's and then ford copy dodge in the Ford heavy duty design. I love American trucks but dodge has the best looking pick up, from inside and outside.Plus the back light from the new chevy, is the one from the dodge. The new Chevy is ugly from inside. Ugly dash board, not for a monster truck at least.
