I don't think any of them are acceptable. Some Women don't have self respect for themselves, their Mothers, and or Positive Women in their lives need to teach them Morals and Values. They need to learn to Love themselves 1st then they wouldn't allow it.

I think that there is a difference in the comparison you're making. The only way you can ask for rape is to say it verbally and mean it. And no one deserves to be raped. You can't ask for it by wearing short skirts and the like. However, you can ask to be called a c* in many ways - and some women do deserve to be called it. Whether a person chooses to use the word is at their discretion. I, personally, do not. Although, people have, do, and will continue to deserve it.

In the United Kingdom, the term is very offensive and any one who is called that by another needs to revise the relationship whatever it may be.

I don't think it's ok to disrespect women calling them that. But I will say women don't help their case very much when they call themselves that or disrespecting people on a regular basis. Having said that I would never use the word, it is disrespectful.
