wait....the entire strut body snapped in half? didn't that damage your wheels/fender/other suspension pieces too? that sounds horrible. have pics? u should call JIC and see if theyll accommodate you becase that's pretty bad.

i wasn't really inspecting the struts... never had an issue before. i always looked at the adjustment nuts and lube up the strut shock. but i never looked for cracks.
