Former Two-Term Mayor of Atlanta Shirley Franklin delivered the opening keynote address at the 17th Annual Barbara Jordan Forum luncheon on Feb. 19 at 12:15 PM, the kickoff to a week of student-led activities honoring former Congresswoman and LBJ School Professor Barbara Jordan.

Franklin joined the LBJ School of Public Affairs as the Barbara Jordan Visiting Professor in Ethics and Political Values in 2013.
