Presenting two recent versions of 'Tutu', which was originally recorded by the late Miles Davis in 1986. The song was a tribute to South Africa's Bishop Desmond Tutu, who won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984 for his works. It was written by Marcus Miller & George Duke and is the title track for Miles Davis' CD. Marcus Miller was featured on the original version in addition to the 2 remakes featured in this video. 'Long Come Tutu' (2006) is by George Benson & Al Jarreau (who composed lyrics), while the more recent funked up version of 'Tutu' (2008) is performed by S.M.V. (Stanley Clarke, Marcus Miller, Victor Wooten). This video is dedicated to Miles Davis. Enjoy!!

These were great .......that's why it's called JAZZ MUSIC ...........the other genres usually are shortened to just the name ??.........Preferred the second version richer more complex but not over the top .....my opinion .........with respect !
