  • @jheetman my bad, i do see that now. second piece is just an extension.

  • @jheetman if you look, you can see that it's got 2 pieces.

  • umm, that pump handle was only one piece. maybe dual function, but still only one piece.

  • I used one of these to move a wall that had been hit by a truck, got it back about 4'' to where it it used to be, marvellous bit of kit.

  • I have a cherry picker/shop crane. Each pump only rises 1/2 " or less. seems like it should raise much more. Do you think this means air in system, or not enough hydraulic fluid? Thr piston or ram on this thing is probably about 2 ft long. should i give it about 60 pumps to purge the air? It seems to hold in position once it is pumped tho.

  • Thank you for this tip. Is the same procedure used on a 3 ton low profile jack which has two large screws, a release valve and an oil refill?
