To get Dummy Bombs, you either need to come across someone with custom quests or cheat, get the bombs or tickets and then trade the tickets to the veggie elders for them. If you have MHP2nd, then you can get them, but
if you have Freedom 2, they are not available to get normally, so you must either do custom quests or cheat for them.

As far as Multiplayer goes, you should be able to. I don't see why not anyway. As far as Xlink kai goes for online, I'd say it should work, dunno why it wouldn't.

how do you make custom quests?

There's this program on the internet somewhere, that you download and use on your computer to create the quests. You would need custom firmware for your Psp though, to use the quests from what I understand. You're supposed to patch them over other downloaded quests and then you can play them.

That's all I really know.

I never said anything about Official firmware.

I was talking about "Custom" firmware.

Search for "Custom Firmware Psp" in google and check the Wiki link for a page on "Playstation Portable Homebrew" there.

As far as the program goes to make custom quests...
