No, actually that is Shakk Tii and she was in the areana with ObiWan in EP 2. Ashoka, I believe dies way before that. but you know George, He re-writes the rules, so maybe he'll change his mind on this one too. THis was a film I created to explain Obiwan's conection to her.

I love this fan film but Yoda trains the younglings(thats why Yoda training Obi-Wan is mentioned in Empire Strikes Back) they become Padawan at a later age, except Anakin, because he started when he was too old to start from the beginning, and of course they allowed it because he's the Chosen One

It would be cool if the writers would retcon her death. Afterall all she did was to jump into a giant sarlacc. Galen Marek also had such experience later.
