  • @hukanoobi32 OK man i already do lots of Olympic lifts so i just need to work in some sprints. But yeah man thanks a lot for answering my questions man i really appreciate it. Good luck with your season!

  • @Y01053 Do a lot of olympic lifts and plyometric style lifting and you need to do full fledged balls to the wall sprints as well. Basically just stuff like this!

  • @hukanoobi32 Alright I get what your saying, but what are some ways to work on your speed? I do lots of jump rope but thats about it. Any tips? Oh, and by the way thanks a lot for the tips.

  • @Y01053 I've been 6' since 8th grade but I was only 150 or so lbs my freshman year. It's all about working your speed. You can make up for your lack of lower body strength with being extremely explosive. Just be sure to be fast and explosive and you'll be totally fine!

  • @hukanoobi32 Dude I'm 5'11 about 205 i have a stronger upper body but i have quick feet to compensate for my average leg strngth. Thats me in a nut shell literally.

  • @Y01053 It really comes down to what suits your body style the best. I'm not an incredibly explosive thrower but I am really strong so with the spin I'm able to utilize my strength to fit my small body. How big are you?

  • @hukanoobi32 I know that and i've been workin very hard at it. Heck I've been overcoming obstacles since day 1! But I was wondering do you think spinning is more effective then gliding? I mean I see you spin and your finding sucess with it but do you think i should stick to the glide or incorporate spinning into my throws?

  • @Y01053 It just takes hard work. I didn't throw but around 40' at first my freshman year! It's all about bustin' your butt to get what you want!

  • Impressive !

I hope one day I can throw that far !

  • wow nice throw
