The most valuable asset of an organization resides largely in the heads of its employees. Over the past decade, Conservation International
has grown tremendously in number of projects, partners, staff, donors,
and regions where it operates. This complex institutional arrangement
suggests that new ways of generating and exchanging knowledge will
be necessary to achieve conservation outcomes. This video presents
CI's Institutional Learning Initiative and its three major mechanisms of collaboration: Learning Networks, Global Teams, and Learning
