Built by AMF Boat Company in Mount Maunganui New Zealand. AMF 850 QRV RIB (Quick Response Vessel) Here she is!! Named Jet Rescue, the new vessel for the Tirua-Pauanui Coastguard - Search and Rescue. Powered by the Yanmar 400Hp diesel engine and Hamilton jet unit , a top speed of 41.7 knots was reached. www.amfboats.co.nz

When the boat jumps the jet gets aerated. How can the vessel continue without any problems? With RC boats you have to stop to prime and then continue.
Great boat, really like it.

An excellent watch, I just wish it was rougher to show what it can really do. have been across mangawhai bar in a 580 AMF and counted the seconds to landing.

Our next AMF QRV Video is being edited at the moment and will post it soon. The raw footage is awesome! I also have some old 580 and 660 footage I plan to post when I get a chance to capture. The 580 In an incredible little boat huh!?
