Its not a MOTOR anyway.. its a fuckin engine. and lounch? launch? serously kid.. dont even bother with racing until you are smart enough and mature enough to do so. Great honda engines are K20.. way out of your price range though. or the h22.

Honestly im sick of little teenagers like you who think they are great fuckin drivers who weave in and out of traffic. KID you dont know the first thing about car control,throttle control, brake pressure control. Knowing how to heel toe.. Give it time kid, dont run out and be stupid.. banging gears is easy as fuck. Learn your car and how to drive before you kill yourself or someone else.

@1990HONDAPRELUDE-They're to reduce rear drag. They're a form of a diffuser. It's actually the "cheap" way of aiding in aerodynamics of the car. The proper way would be to have a flat bottom.
Between the holes and my partial throttle tuning from BisiMoto, I was able to achieve 40mpg's.... Very happy about that. Sadly the car has been sold.... On to the next project I hope
