Definately the best tv show ever.Too bad youtube won't allow uploaders to continue presenting this outstanding theatrical event.Obviously there are other modes of downloading , criminal minds, but I think that , it had been rather convinient to be able to watch it on youtube.

@CantStayAway - I agree, I believe Hotch, while having a different relationship with her then Morgan, has a really good grasp of what makes Pen tick. He's done so much in helping her take chances, albeit, he pushes her into it i.e. the threatre scene, the interview with the goth teenager, directing her to become a profiler in the arsonist episode - he's been a true leader and mentor to her. And she repays him by doing an excellent job each time.

Everybody love Morgan and Garcia, but I think we underappreciate the great conversations that happen often between Hotch and Garcia.:):):P
