Fatstrippa Patented Grease Removal System.
We visited a local Restaurant using Fatstrippa Technology and took some video footage and pics of the Fatstrippa working in a typical busy kitchen environment.
It clearly demonstrates the amazing capability of the technology, separating all the elements in dirty kitchen waste water i.e. Fats , Oil, Grease, Silt and Food Particles.
The water leaving a Fatstrippa is 99% clean, ensuring discharge compliance for the proprieter.
Recovered oil is fast becoming a commodity and instead of paying to have it taken away, many Bio Fuel producers are now paying to take it.
