  • @buckeyeba yes, music is about playing things as fast as humanly possible without regard to style or musical taste.

  • @LilDrummerBoy74 you are correct! we did a performance there in 2008. this piece isn't from that performance though.

  • Is that Carnegie Hall I see? Great recording by the way. I wish YouTubers @buckeyeba would mind their own business when it comes to whether a song is to fast/slow or whatever. It's the conductor's descision and interperetation of the piece. Since music is a human art, no two versions will ever be the same. If you like to listen to it faster, find a version that is faster. Complaining about it here wont make any difference. What is the poster of the video supposed to do about it?
