It's not usually necessary to have a short frenulum (aka tongue tie) corrected. The baby will usually learn to adapt on their own.

Thank you. Good point. Woman should educate themselves and consult with their doctors regarding the possibility of infant nursing adaptation in response to being tongue-tied. I'm all for avoiding unnecessary medical procedures.

@matildaxxxc Have it your way. But FYI, if you plan on feeding your offspring that god awful formula, it's not going to be a better nutrient supplier. Breast milk is more natural and healthier for infants. Formula was created by man, not a natural process created by mother nature. Good luck with that.
