  • That footage was freakin sexy!

  • what the hell was the guy in the technical thinking? you really gotta have shit for brains if you think your dinky little machine gun in your toyota light pickup truck is gonna be able to fight against a column of main battle tanks...

  • @gdurant your an idiot it was led by us army and marine forces...3rd ID and 1st marine division received Presidential Unit Citations for it..I know because I was there...And 1 MAr div is responsible for Phantom Fury the biggest battle in the whole Iraq war..BATTLE FOR FALUJAH!!!!

  • Rarick, that you? you homo! Its me Guerra... the cool one in Cobra co with you.

  • There were NO marines in TF-1-64 Armor! The Army captured Baghdad by itself. The marines arrived 6 days late which allowed Saddam to escape as we now know. Who is the moron that put this up on Youtube? A task force is named after the unit in this case thus it is named after the 1st Battalion 64th Armor Brigade 0f the US Army. No marines were anywhere near the capture of the city on the day this film was shot. Marines up to their propaganda tricks again? For shame.

  • 3rd ID is the army buddy

  • lol guess all u soldiers are thinking wtf weres the army in this vid i can imagine them playing gameboy and smoking pot while there in a war zoneXD gota love the army

  • Actually no...nope. It's not. Thunder run was the 3rd Infantry Division. Rock of The Marne. Nice try though.

  • loser.

  • Was IEDs a problem at that time?

Couldnt this be from one of the first raids on Baghdad? You can see a AA and BRDM (Iraqi army?, Saddam still ruling?), probably not used by "insurgents".

IEDs and insurgency at that time was probably not as common as it became later in the war.

Occupying a capital with potential WMDs by Humvee and a 50 cal wouldnt be easy though.
