Listening to the words of this gorgeous song, I realized how relevant it is to Richard and Kahlan's relationship. She wants so badly to be with him, but she knows she can't. She has doubts about herself and sometimes even about Richard, but she loves him nonetheless. This is supposed to be from Kahlan's point of view.
