Well lets start by cutting all the perks in Washington! Then move to removing all the perks by the Senate & Congressman, and cut there salaries by 1/8th! Then lets cut our foreign aid in half! Oh then how about eliminating the CIA, DLA, OCI, OPR, TSA & DSS! There duties(Not the Personnel) can be absorbed by other agencies! Now in many homes families are doing just that! No perk like cable, no perks like coffee shops, less given to charities and some have to try to get a second job. How about it.

It may not be the simple 18th century anymore... but there's no reason for the USDA to be handling housing loans, there's no reason for individual mandate of healthcare, there's no reason for a continually unbalanced budget... and there is no Constitutional warrant for any of it.

It's simple, Obey the Constitution, and if the Constitution is not entirely perfect for today, there is the Amendment process. If we mess up an amendment, such as prohibition, we just amend it out of effectiveness.
