True words . Well spoken . My parents never hit me.Going to school in the 80s,the only adults who hit me were the teachers. It began at primary school continued at junior school & was worst at senior school.Those thrashings never made a better pupil out of me & certainly not any more intelligent. I remained ``a disruptive influence `` as my school report repeatedly declared. you`re also right with the trainer on the arse, probably because our Bastard sports teachers had plenty of muscles to use.
