I remember seeing Andy in Gabriel and thinking, this man will be a huge star. The qualities reflected in his characters were infused by his intelligence, depth, warmth, integrity and dedication. I am rarely moved so much as I was hearing of his passing. Death is tragic and final, but the sorrow of the continued great body of work he would have created but will never be realised, will live on as a burdening pang of regret. A great man has left this world.
