  • Hi Paul,im wondering if you could help me, I have this dvd however i train muay thai 3-5 times a week and im not sure how to incorporate this into my training. My training normally consists of a warm up,light stretches then the training itself. Before i got the dvd i was doing some deep stretches at the end of my training session everyday and then a normal oil massage after my shower. Can u please tell me if an dhow it is possible to incorporate this in and around my training. thanks alot.

  • @arsenalfcno1

You can use Split Specific Warm up before MT.

After the completion do the deep stretches and ELC exercises. This is just one of many ways.

  • I would like to buy the dvd, do you post to Malta (Europe) and can I buy from ebay?? thanks

  • You can contact Sales (@) ElasticSteel (.) com and they will give you all the details on shipping.

  • Hey, I really like your videos!

I am 24 now and I would really like to take my flexibility to the next level. I've been doing martial arts for quite some time now and my flexiblity is not that bad. I can do roundhouse kicks above head height fairly easy and my sidesplit position is at about 135°. Do you think I might be too old to ever reach a sidesplit? Is there something like an age limit?

  • hi Mr Zaichik i have a question.I 'm interested to buy your product but i don't understand one thing in the offer i explain it:if i click on the offer Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Splits DVD with 1 FREE Resistance Band!
