@gotveggieoil well yes and no there are some things the Government have to keep under wraps for the saftey of the people, but not when they are working against the commen intrest of the People.. but your right Government should be open and more transparent we have to know where and what our tax dollars are being used for...it's quite scary when you think about it, they feel they are above the law!

Perino gave good sound advice. always question your source, separete spin, and find truth yourself. for example, the msm blamed bush 'policies' for recession, when, in fact, it was democrats' refusing closer regulation of fannie mae and freddi mac that was really root cause of mortgage crisis, which then led to recession. you'd have to be blind not to see liberal bias in msm

Your question could have been summed up in 2 seconds. "Why the secrecy?" Stop trying to make yourself sound smart and informed and narrow down your question to something you can ask in about 15-20 seconds. "I would just like to list a couple details in regard to that commission"? This is not your article. This is suppose to be your information gathering. Gather your data and stop practicing your article on the very person you're trying to get information from. Journalists these days...

Well it was important, I thought, to include the examples because I knew her style and felt she'd just brush me off if I didn't include them. Unfortunately, she brushed me off without actually responding to any of my points.

Haha. That's Perino for ya. She's a scum. Sorry if I was rude when I first posted, but from vids I've watch of her, she can't handle the short questions. She bumbles them every single time. You've probably been to school for all this stuff so my opinion means very little, but just from what I view, journalists seem to do better when they all drill the speaker with short questions, because then she'll give you a short response and someone else might be able to corner her a different way.

No problem. I knew I was being lengthy, but when making one charges, especially to a member of the Bush Administration, that the administration behaved very suspiciously before, during, and after the attacks. I'm glad that she blew me off and told me to check my sources because, as was shown in the video, my sources were correct. She was the one who needed to go back and review hers.
