do you need a specific version of powerpoint to do this? if not how do you activate this feature? (highlighting, writing on the slide, etc) Thank you:P

No, this is not a special version of PowerPoint! Writing on your slides has been a feature of PP for some time. The feature is available as soon as you go into "SHOW" mode. It doesn't work while you are in "EDIT" mode... Jim
