you could open your usermap file in forge (the mod program on halo toybox) and you wont need the .map file.

No. The resigner is out. Many have decompiled it. halomods already has this method stated. Anthony is keeping the resigner to himself and keeping his resigner server offline. The con files runs on RSA encryption meaning that EACH con file has its own private key to decrypt the whole hash. Unless we can get into the 360's kernal source and find out were its keyvault is will the public be able to make a resigner. Anthony has already done this using whatever resources he has.
