They weren't that great.. I was irritated on how long they were out, I wanted the Weakerthans. I wasn't disappointed, no, but I wasn't impressed either.
Heh, the Weakerthan's aren't that great either you know. It's all relative. If you want rock and roll, go for the Constantines. If you want math-rock-pop, go with Weakerthans.
And I've got to say, their name implies that they're weaker than pretty much any band you compare them too. HA!
i love them both so much. i dont think the weakerthans deserve to be put down. theres not a person in the world that can write as well as john k samson.
