Shrinkage of Artic ice is absolutely normal and natural. At the height od the last interglacial warm period just before the most recent ice age the seas were 3 celcius degrees warmer, and the average sea levle was 9 meters higher. The Arctic Ocean would have been entirely free of Ice for thousands of years. For a clue, our ancestors were wearing skins from animals killed and prepared chip sharpened rocks.
Where is the current footage? This is now 3 years old and the ice is back.
