This is a video review from box to wall of the Black Diamond 92" 1.4 projector screen from Screen Innovations. I upgraded my projector from a Panasonic AX1000U to a LG CF181D and wanted a nice screen to go with it since my blackout cloth screen wasn't cutting it. This screen delivers hard and is the single best upgrade to my projector setup I've made to date and this video will show you the old screen as well as the new one to give you a comparison. Keep in mind however that my Flip Video HD camera I filmed this with doesn't even remotely do justice to the screens picture quality. This is one you have to see in person to really experience properly.

  • Great video. I wonder if the 1.4G is causing your light reflections.

  • @elmalloc It's quite possible, the picture is amazing bright. I didn't want to go with the .8 gain because I love a really bright picture and the room is lit most of the time. If someone gets a .8 please post a review.

  • I'm about to get Panasonic 7000 . I'm looking to get the black Diamond 113 inch screen . Do you think it's worth the price 3299. It's for my family room .

  • @2001kacey If your family room has light mostly coming from the ceiling I would highly recommend it. The screen does not reject light from the sides as well as some other screens. For raw contrast and picture quality those this screen is amazing. For your living room I would go with the darker .8 screen since that 7000 should put out plenty of lumins.

  • That was a excellent job with the video I've been about getting one of those screens. Damn good job with the post.

  • @2001kacey Thanks! It was fun doing it.
