  • just a question, is the sound enough to wake you?

  • Well... it is pretty quiet, but it could wake you. The big problem is that it doesn't function that well as an actual alarm clock. For example, shooting it only serves as a "sleep" button. And there is no way to turn off the alarm clock - short of resetting the whole system. Also, it runs on batteries. So you have to run on faith that the batteries will make it through the night, each night.

So bad alarm clock, but fun light-gun game.

  • You should demo the game mode! I really wonder how it works XD

  • you can stop the alarm by walking up to it, and hold onto the "OK/ENTER" button for 3 seconds so that a carnival music comes out. Shooting it is only equivalent of pressing SNOOZE in a normal alarm clock.

It helps to be able to read that Japanese manual.

So they do have it thought out.

  • @dubalo well that's a shame. AND, since it was already made in Japan, there's nobody out there to steal the idea, improve the design, and mass-produce it for pennies on the dollar

  • Pretty cool.

  • so after u shoot it will it pop back up again after a while or what? n how far can u be n still hit it?

  • I'm thinking about getting this alarm clock and I of course can not read Japanese? How do you set the time on this clock and how do you turn the alarm off?

  • press cancel/alarm until the alarm setting begins, if the "bell" icon is on the alarm is on, click OK, then normal will be flashing, press left or right to get to HARD, press enter, then set the alarm time as usual.

    hope that helps

  • @hk20000 How do you set it to hard mode? xD Having a little trouble with the japanese manual myself

  • I have changed my account to "Burtlebee" Go there to check out my new videos including a product review of the Choken-Bako piggy bank.

    -Dubalo (AKA Burtlebee)

  • Sounds REALLLY low.

  • oh wow! thanks hk20000! i had no idea! yeah i know but unfortunately they don't have them with english manuals. so yeah, thanks!
