@jjjiable No, Actually Phillips electronics under Terasen Equity owns the 35% NCI of GS group which has controlling intrerest of LG Group Int. -- A part of clause is that Terasen's equity controls direct intrest in LG Electronics. That's where LG's display technology originated it - Phillips division litteraly transferred the LCD Display unit to LG under that agreement, but they own the parent right to that particular division.
