Easiest Way To Skin A Rabbit

This is the easiest and quickest way I have found to skin a rabbit. Obviously for the video I am going a bit slow so you can see what I am doing. I have seen other methods of "quickly" skinning rabbits where all you need is some rubber gloves, a knife, a pair of garden shears, a bag for the guts, a nice bowl of warm water to wash your hand in and a bunch of flowers for the rabbit's next of kin. Bugger that! Getting blood on your hands is all part of the fun.

Most people get creeped out as lets face we all had one as a pet as kids but it tastes no different than chicken. Sadly I use to buy rabbit from a mom and pop shop but they got shutdown so its back to chicken for me lol. I don't care to raise them as I don't have the space or time.

Actually eating nothing but rabbit would lead to death. They don't have the fat % that a human needs to survive :) Its one of the healthiest meats you can eat and is superior to chicken and turkey.
