I miss the old trackless trolleys, but I am glad to hear the sound of the poles running on the wires again like before. Glad Septa got new ones!!

Septa is addicted to diesel and will never get off of it. But I think The demo unit (800) had an Electrical back up system, 800 is at the New Flyer plant in Manitoba going under modifications.

Hi. Question: Do you know if the 4.3L Cummins backup diesels that the trackless trolleys have are the same as the New Flyer hybrids?
Nice ride, but your sound system keeps cutting out.

The New Flyer Hybrids have the Cummins ISL engine They should have a Cummins ISB to save fuel cost.
