What is the implication if the total demand curve is too elastic (flat) or too inelastic (steep)???
I understand if its too elastic, there will be a problem in cutting the price and will cause excessive residual of goods. Is there other reasons?

Sir, that was very helpful indeed, and your presentation is really clear. I just wanted to ask you whether price leadership is always advantageous or not, i.e., whether in a game of price leadership, there always is a first-mover advantage.
In any case, thank you so much.
