GS: The Lost Age Part 168 (Vs. Doom Dragon)

This is Part 168 in my walkthrough of Golden Sun: The Lost Age. Since this game enables you to save at any time, my videos will be 10mins each until my next save point.

--Doom Dragon is a series of 3 phases. Each time we kill off one of the heads, the stronger he gets. This boss isn't the hardest one out of the whole game but he's still tough.

I forgot to give Felix the "Salt" djinni so I just exchanged Piers for Isaac.

It's actually quite possible, and easy to take down Doom Dragon with Melee attacks alone, especially if your party members have Sol Blade and Excalibur.

Doom Dragon has several attacks per turn to accommodate the amount of heads it has, except that with 3 heads the psynergy it uses is weaker. You can see that Meggido does at least 1000 damage but I'll use summons and such for the first and second phase of Doom Dragon.

Once it loses one of its heads Doom Dragon will start using moves such as Djinni Storm and Cruel Ruin, this is why having Mist Potions is essential.

Lol damn it I hate it when Doom Dragon uses Guard right when I'm about to do massive damage.

@Morahman7vnNo2 I would use them but not against doom dragon lol. As if djinni storm isn't bad enough I don't want my djinns to go into recovery and have doom dragon cruel rain my ass xD

im at level 43-42 and their weapons are:

garet-fire brand

piers-gaia axe

issac-excalibur

felix-sol blade

sheba-meditation rod

jenna-sylph rapier

mia-rising mace

ivan-salamander rod

which weapons should i replace?

which ever one would be a upgrade to a character.

Any weapon will work long as it's stronger than the previous lol. That's how I always did it.

@ThePsy12345678 To record he uses an emulator on his computer that allows him to play the game through a PC. The emulator has a built in recorder.
