This song plays when the conspiracy is staged against the Hellsing organization around the tower of London, and the British army mobilizes to force Hellsing's capitulation. Specifically, Captain Ferguson was assassinated by a british sniper (shooting him through the head and then the heart) and then he was framed as a terrorist when his death was announced on TV. Yeah, that's when the song plays. Hope that helped ^_^v

@tachibanathekilla You can easly download it with any software, for example atubecatcher, it can even convert it to pure mp3 [with high quality 192 or standard 128].
But yes i didnt postd any download link to the original file from my hellsing album, since i do not aprove piracy.
